Currently the president of Foshan Enterprise Confederation and Foshan Association of Entrepreneurs, the executive vice-president of Foshan Ceramic Industry Associationand the vice-president of Foshan Federation of Industry and Commerce.

Zhang Jian
Director

Served as the manager of investment banking division in Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. until April 2002. From April 2002 to January 2016, served as departmental director to strategic investments and securities investments of Macrolink Holdings Co., Ltd. Served as senior vice president of Macrolink Holdings Co., Ltd. since February 2017, and joined the Company as a Director since December 2017.

Huo Zhaoqiang
Director

The deputy director of Shunjing Ceramic Factory in Lecong District, Shunde, the PRC, and the chairman of Jingxiang Ceramics Co., Ltd. Until December 2009. Served as a manager and director of Foshan Xinyuan Technology Development Co., Ltd. since December 2009; as sales general manager of Guangdong Hongyu Ceramics Holdings Co., Ltd. since January 2016; and joined the Company as a Director since June 2020.

Yang Xuexian
Director, General Manager

Joined Foshan Ceramic Machinery Group in 1992 as a technician. From 1998 to 2012, served as sales manager and marketing director in Foshan HLT Machinery Co., Ltd. and the general manager since March 2012 to now.

Zhang Zhonghua
Director

The China/Hong Kong asphalt business development general manager of Shell (China) Ltd. from August 1995 to October 2012; general manager of Chongqing Dongyin Energy Co., Ltd. from October 2012 to August 2015; and general manager of TUS Environmental Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. from August 2015 to April 2019. Joined the group in May 2020 as the Company’s Director. Served as the chairman of Lanke Lithium Industry since May 2021 to now.
