Independent DirectorServed as a deputy director and deputy researcher in the Henan Provincial People’s Government Development and Research Center, the division director of the Shenzhen branch, and the governor of the Foshan Branch of the People’s Bank of China. Served as president for the Guangzhou branch of China CITIC Bank from November 2001 to October 2011, and later as president and senior consultant for the Shenzhen branch of the same bank from November 2011 to June 2019.

From June 2013 to August 2017, served as the financial manager of China Tunnel Construction Co., Ltd. (Guangdong), and as the deputy financial director in Guangdong Hongyu Group Co., Ltd. from September 2017 to September 2020. Served as the Chair of the Supervisory Committee started since August 2021.
