Coal-Water Slurry Hot Air Generator
Coal-water slurry is atomized in the nozzle by mixing with compressed air, then injected into a high-temperature furnace for combustion. The generated hot gas passes through a single-stage or dual-stage cyclone dust collector before being sent to the spray drying tower.
Coal quality requirements:
1. Applicable coal type: Bituminous coal
2. Calorific value: ≥ 5500 kcal/kg
3. Volatile matter: ≥ 28%
4. Ash content: ≤ 14%
5. Ash melting point: > 1250°C
6. Sulfur content: ≤ 1%

Pre-processed Ultra-fine Coal Powder Hot Air Generator
1. Comprises a coal powder preparation system and a hot air furnace. Coal preparation can adopt various methods such as roller mill or ball mill.
2. The system integrates coal grinding and pneumatic conveying. Pulverized coal is injected via nozzles into an 800°C furnace and combusts rapidly with supporting combustion air.
3. With coal fineness around 180 mesh, combustion is highly complete, achieving a burn-out/utilization rate above 99%.
4. This represents a refined fuel utilization process. Compared with coal-water slurry furnaces and chain grate furnaces, it delivers over 10% energy savings.
